An Arundel Castle

Here is part two of my trip to Arundel, in which we go into the Castle itself...

We started by going to the oldest part of the castle and climbing the steps to the keep.

Back inside now.  I really do enjoy taking pictures through windows.

Nice room.  Bet it's difficult to keep the ceiling free of cobwebs though.

There are a lot of lovely rooms but I'm not a fan of the giant ugly fireplaces in so many of them.

I just really like the way the arch frames the picture.

One day I'll stop taking pictures through windows.  Maybe.  Probably not.

The library!  I want a library like this.

Farewell, Arundel Castle!

We had a quick wander around Arundel itself and I bought some Cabrales cheese from the deli.  It was amazing and I want to go back and get some more!
