There's probably a lot to say about this episode, but I'm just going to focus on the shippy goodness. Which was indeed good.
Rose has a Doctor of her very own! Yay! I know some people are disappointed because he's not the "real" Doctor, but really this is the best ending we could have had. There was no way they could have had them as a couple and kept the series going. This way Rose and the Doctor get their happily ever after while we still get to watch the Doctor going on his adventures. It's win/win.
Also, Doctor/Rose is canon. Take that, naysayers! :p
(I forsee a whole lot of Doctor/Rose kiss icons popping up very soon.)

[Thus I am greatly pleased to learn of the OTPage ^^; I was so hoping that was going to happen...]

I think Donna is still a Time Lord but if she remembers that fact her brain will explode. Or something.
