The Sims

It's my uncle's birthday today, which means it must also be VE Day and the anniversary of my grandad's death.

I had a very productive day. I wanted to play The Sims so I spent ages looking for it. I found the six, yes SIX, expansion packs we have which are of course useless without the original. While I was looking I found the bag of my two tops that I had been searching everywhere for a few weeks ago (yayness) and eventually, just when I was about to give up I found The Sims.

And there was much rejoicing throughout the land.

So I installed it and the Makin' Magic expansion and made my Willow/Tara Rosenberg-Maclay family. I should have made Tara more outgoing though cos I can't get her to love Willow as much as Willow loves her. But she is the more magical of the two.

I'm going to do the lyrics meme thingy. Yes I am. I got my random songs last night and only cheated a little. Well, ok a lot. I had some I hadn't listened to in ages and didn't know the lyrics of myself so I got rid of them and I got rid of a few by an artist I felt I already had enough by. It's funny, I have some artists more than once yet there are others who I have many songs by that don't appear at all!
