Presentation over.

There were many points at which I felt like running away but I didn't. To be honest I was quite shocked when I found myself sitting in my seat. I was sure I was going to run.

So this is the point at which I feel really good and accomplished for going through with it even though it terrified me, right?

Nope. I feel embarrassed and stupid because I sounded like an idiot when I was talking and what I said and wrote on the handout was complete rubbish. The other two had really good presentations and mine was pure crap.

You did good! You actually did the presentation. Baby steps, little baby steps okay? You did it and din't run off, that's something to be proud of.

And I'm sure yours wasn't pure crap. And as long as you did it, that's all that matters. Okay? Good.
