I love Canterbury, it's full of loonies.

On Wednesday I went into town and there was a guy dressed as the archbishop sitting outside Boots tunelessly playing an electric keyboard. What could be cooler than that?

In other news, remember my plan to do work today? Yeah, well, that didn't go so well. Mainly because I couldn't find the book and have no idea what I'm supposed to be doing. Ho hum, I'm screwed.

Also my Latin teacher's obsession with the dying in the Arctic metaphor is becoming a little disturbing. But I think Sarah in my class had it right when she said that we're going to make him cry long before he makes us cry. We managed to get him to snap that "we're doing fucking Latin" today.

Anyway, farewell all, I must venture forth for my nurses appointment. Onwards!

That guy's great. We had a theory that some people just push him out the back of a van every morning (with him still sitting at the keyboard) and then take him back at the end of the day.

I've heard a rumour that he's actually a sound and sensible bloke but he does the whole silly old wizard thing as an act, which is both disappointing but admirable at the same time.

But it's nicer to think of him as completely off his trolly. He seems happy doing it too.

I can't believe it's taken me this long to see him. I thought I knew all the weirdos in Canterbury, including the guy who sells bird whistles which is actually less weird and more completely annoying.

ownage!

I've seen that guy too. He's remarkably similar to an old guy who used to sit in Nottingham city centre (where I used to live), who dressed bizarrely and playes a child's xylophone, 24/7, 365 days a year.

What an interesting life that must be. Perhaps I should consider this as my career choice. At least it'll be a good answer whenever people ask me what I plan to do with my life.

I feel left out. I don't know anything about this guy in Canterbury. I wish I was in Canterbury...

*full blown pout*
