And now the Euros are down to the final two.

Spain vs England.

Me vs Meg.

Who will win?

I'm going with Spain.  Not just because it means I'll win the prosecco and chocolate medal, but because I think that as a country we just like the hope of winning more than winning itself.  And if we do actually win then we lose some of that excitement cos it's not special any more.  No one's going to be writing a song about two years of hurt.  It's a bit like a kid trying to find their hidden Christmas presents.  You want the fun of searching for them, but deep down you don't really want to find them.
