Houses, Blood and Football

crystalcazzieI went down to Sussex to look at some more houses a couple of weeks ago. There was one that I really liked but I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much cos everything on this end is going so slowly we'll probably miss out on it. The builder keeps dragging his feet and it makes me want to tear my hair out cos I just want to move!
Speaking of things taking a while, I went blood doning last Monday and the actual donation process took so long I almost timed out. I only just made it, managing to squeeze out the final 3ml in the last five seconds! That's never happened before, I'm normally pretty quick with my donations. And then I felt sick and dizzy afterwards and had to lie down again for a while while the donor carers brought me water and crisps and I felt rather silly. That's also never happened before, and they said it might be related to how long the session took. Hopefully it won't happen next time!
In sporting news, the Men's Euros start today and I've drawn our teams for the family sweepstakes. Looking at the ones I've got I'm pretty sure I'm not going to win this time. Which reminds me, I need to buy a prize for the winner. I want it to be something more interesting than just a bar of chocolate but I'm not sure what yet. At least I have a month to find something!
