While I'm trying to come up with ideas for posts, I think this would be a good opportunity to report back on the games I've been playing recently:
Tears of the Kingdom
I've slowed down a lot with this game. I've made a lot of progress but now I'm at the point where going to fight Ganon is the next main step and I keep putting it off cos I think it involves going into the Depths and I'm really not a fan of the Depths. But I'm running out of things to do elsewhere. I'm wondering if I should look up a guide to give me ideas of what else there is aboveground and on the sky islands. Not that I want to be told exactly what to do, but I would appreciate to nudge in the right direction rather than just running around aimlessly. Of course I will still have to face Ganon at some point, so maybe I should stop putting off the inevitable!
Disney Dreamlight Valley
I'm still pottering around in the Valley. I was really excited for the Beauty and the Beast update a few weeks ago cos that's my favourite Disney film. I'm trying not to rush levelling up Belle and Beast but I'm getting there. I'm also enjoying the Dreamsnaps challenges more than I expected to, although I never do particularly well in them! I'm debating whether to pay money for the DLC that's coming in December. I may do cos I do like this game and I'll probably get my money's worth from it.
Night in the Woods
I completed this game a couple of weeks ago. It was weird. I'm not quite sure what I think of it, but it was very pretty.
Lego Harry Potter Years 1-4
I know JKR is an awful person and I don't want to support her, but I already own this game so it's not like I'm giving her any more money or publicity by playing it. And it is one of my favourite Lego games. I've recently started a replay from the beginning and it still holds up. I remember Years 5-7 not being quite as good, but I may still play it once I've completed the first game.
Palia
I've really drifted away from this. I saw it has some new content and I keep telling myself I'll log in and check it out, but I never seem to get around to it.
