Board Games and Beer

crystalcazzieI went to Paul's house at the weekend where a group of us played board games and drank beer to celebrate his birthday. We played Pandemic twice and won both times, which I feel bodes well for our disease defeating abilities! Other games included Exploding Kittens and Settlers of Catan, which I hadn't played in years. Three of us then went out for dinner in town and I wanted to be a bit more adventurous than I normally am so we opted for a Korean BBQ place, which was very nice. All in all it was a good day and something I wish we did more often.
Of course, this did mean that I didn't see the Jubilee Concert on Saturday evening, but I have recorded it so I may watch it later. I've heard good things about it, particularly the light show. I did watch the Pageant on Sunday, which was suitably bonkers. And I have seen the clip of the Queen meeting Paddington, which was probably the highlight of the whole weekend!
