Bonfire Report
Nov. 4th, 2007 04:21 pmLast night was excellent. Lots of pretty explosions. We burnt Parliament and the conspirators. Strategic firework placement meant that it looked like the building was actually exploding for a while, which was very cool.
The only downside was that every time there was a particularly loud firework I would worry about the rats, so I didn't enjoy it all as much as I would have liked. They seemed ok when I went to check on them though, which is good.
The rest of the evening was great as well. I hope everyone else had a fun time, too.
Today I have written a few more words for NaNo. Not nearly enough though. And I miss the Progress Report where you could compare actual and expected word count. I can't find it this year. Do they not have it any more?
Also, I really wish this LJ email notification problem would be fixed. I'm far too simple-minded to remember everywhere I've commented and go back to check them all for replies.
