Oscar Countdown

crystalcazzieIt's almost Oscar time and I am settling down for the evening. My plan is to keep a running commentary as it goes, but that may fall to the wayside if I get too tired and have to actually go to sleep. I do have Mountain Dew on hand to help me but I'm already having trouble keeping my eyes open and it's not even 11 yet. This does not bode well.
Unfortunately I didn't get much sleep last night. I was in Canterbury and we stayed up quite late and got up quite early. Also, my alcohol tolerance is not what it used to be and the queasy stomach and room-spinning did not help.
And for some reason I still feel slightly drunk. And achy. Oh god, I'm old.
Anyway, the Red Carpet programme is about to begin. I am ready to judge dresses.
