Aww, poor Steve Irwin. He was such a cool guy. I can't quite decide if it's better or worse that he wasn't killed by a crocodile in the end.

Work today was dull since I was on the till and nobody seemed to want to buy anything. I grabbed a Where's Wally book that we had for sale and played that for most of the time. Hopefully no one actually wanted to buy a Where's Wally book.

I did sell a teapot though, which pleased me.

I am highly depressed about Steve. I used to want to marry him when I was a bit younger. And it was a lame sting ray that got him in the end. People never die from sting rays, or well no one but my sexy Australian Steve. I feel for his wife and children.

I don't think he would have died from the stingray either if it hadn't gone into his heart. It was more the stabbing than the toxins that killed him.

And I get the feeling this may come up a lot in the future:
"Stingrays aren't overly dangerous and very rarely fatal."
"Yeah, tell that to Steve Irwin."
