I do so love homophobic people posting in the LGBT thread. Especially when they compare us to alcoholics and sex addicts and say they want an intelligent discussion! Ending with an anti-gay Bible quote was really the best part though.

But maybe she has a point, maybe she wouldn't be offended if there was a Christian thread and I posted something along the lines of:


Hey, would anyone be willing to discuss this issue with me? I'm fervently liberal and a Pagan. That being said I would not consider myself anti-Christian anymore than I consider myself hateful towards retarded people or the mentally ill. Though I disapprove of the religion on moral grounds I view it as a problem and therefore on a par with everyone else's problems. I would love to have an intelligent discussion with anyone who would be willing to share.

Well, as fun as that sounds what I said was pretty much a direct copy of what she said just with a few words replaced. She was clearly baiting us in the first place but I'm sure she'd have been mortally offended if I said something against Christianity.
