* Chewing your cheek increases your risk of oral cancer.
* That's probably why my dentist told me I had to stop doing it.
* But on the bright side, he can't fault my oral hygiene.
* Lush's Bubble Bar turns bathwater red.
* This is quite creepy cos it makes me think of other things that might turn bathwater red.
* And how those things might come to be in the water.
* It is far too easy to spend £250 at Amazon.co.uk.
* But really nice to have a load of new DVDs to watch.
